1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any application published by Viso Apps, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our applications.

Note: every user of a Viso Apps application is deemed to accept these Terms & Conditions simply by using the app, whether or not they have actively read this page.

2. Eligibility

Our apps are intended for general audiences. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you should only use our apps with the involvement of a parent or guardian, and in line with any applicable Google Play family policies.

3. License to use our apps

Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use our applications for your personal, non-commercial use on a device you own or control, in accordance with Google Play's own Terms of Service.

4. Acceptable use

When using our apps, you agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any app, except where permitted by law
  • Use any app for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
  • Interfere with the app's advertising, security, or normal operation, including through automated tools, bots, or click fraud
  • Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the app without our written permission
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems connected to the app

5. Intellectual property

All app names, logos, designs, graphics, and content created by Viso Apps remain our property or that of our licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership rights to you. Any third-party content within our apps (such as map or AR data) remains the property of its respective owner.

6. Advertising & monetization

Our apps are free to use and are supported by advertising served through third-party ad networks. By using our apps, you acknowledge and accept that ads may be displayed, and that the set of advertising networks we use may change — ad networks may be added or removed at any time, without prior notice to users. 7. In-app purchases & billing

Some apps may offer optional in-app purchases. All purchases are billed and processed entirely by Google Play. We do not handle, store, or have access to your payment information. Refunds, billing disputes, and subscription management are governed by Google Play's own policies, not by Viso Apps directly.

8. Third-party services

Our apps may rely on or link to third-party services, including but not limited to Google Play, mapping providers, camera/AR frameworks, and advertising SDKs. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these third-party services.

9. Disclaimer of warranty

Our apps are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that any app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Viso Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, any Viso Apps application.

11. Termination

We may suspend or discontinue any app, or your access to it, at any time, with or without notice, including if we believe you have violated these terms. You may stop using our apps at any time by uninstalling them from your device.

12. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms take effect immediately upon being posted on this page, without any prior notice to users. Your continued use of any Viso Apps application after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

13. Governing law & disputes

These terms are intended to be governed by the principle of good-faith, direct resolution between you and Viso Apps. Any dispute, claim, or disagreement arising out of or relating to your use of a Viso Apps application, or to these Terms & Conditions, shall be resolved internally between you and Viso Apps through the contact details listed below, and is not intended to be brought before any court. We encourage anyone with a concern to contact us first so we can work toward a fair resolution directly.

Please note: in many jurisdictions, consumer-protection laws grant rights that cannot be waived by a private agreement, and a clause like this may not be enforceable in every court. If you have a formal legal concern, you may wish to seek independent legal advice about the rights available to you locally.

14. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
